2019 Life Drawing Symposium: Gouache Paintings

In Veronica Lawler's breakout sessions at the Life Drawing Symposium, we tried to capture 5-minute, gestural poses using mixed media.

Under Ronnie's guidance, we experimented with gouache and watercolor and pastel. For a closer look, see a few examples below.

All I can say is that it's very freeing, and some of the happy accidents that we produced were quite beautiful!
