Today I painted this model (Maeve) for the third time (far right). Ismael says to paint looser ... but how? He suggested I study the figurative works of J. Sorolla.

- Rhonda Hurwitz
- I spent hours drawing with my artist dad when I was a kid. Art took a back seat to school and career, until an article about daily painters inspired me to start drawing and painting again. I post new work on this blog to chart my progress.
