About Me
- Rhonda Hurwitz
- I spent hours drawing with my artist dad when I was a kid. Art took a back seat to school and career, until an article about daily painters inspired me to start drawing and painting again. I post new work on this blog to chart my progress. Two things I've learned: 1) art is a never-ending journey, and 2) I'm happiest in front of an easel:) I live in Goshen, CT with my husband, a rescue dog named Cassie. Thanks for visiting!

I cannot imagine the owner not being blown over by this! It is a gorgeous portrait--you've captured THREE pets (not an easy task). I know virtually nothing about pastel painting, but I can see that you've achieved excellent lights and darks -- I bet it is even more stunning in person.
